The owners are super friendly, and that's worth it.
Unfortunately, there's a hostel next door that can be quite noisy. Many schools come here, with lots of shouting and very loud singing and music.
The last two nights, it was so bad that the owners even called the police. After that, it was quiet.
So keep that in mind.
